REPORTS TO: Center Manager DESCRIPTION: Reports about Education Consultants, Fly-in lecturers and local part-time lecturers. – To develop school’s business in Cambodia which includes but is not limited to: – To build and manage relationships with school’s clients – To market and sell school’s training courses to clients in Cambodia – To promote school’s brand name in Cambodia, – To be accountable for the revenue of the school – To maintain the quality of the school’s training courses in Cambodia DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES: – General management of the education consultant team with close communication and working relationship with the Finance and Accounting Manager and Center Manager – Preparation, strategizing and executing of Business Plans and Budgets – To effectively monitor the performance of the education team in accordance to its budgets, business plans and make such regular reporting to Center Manager and or such other entities, committees, parties as may be directed by the Center Manager – Revenue accountability – Continuously evaluate and progressively enhance all aspects pertaining to quality standards: curriculum, facilities, resources, administration, marketing, co-curriculum, course structure, lecturer allocation, etc. – Preparation of relevant reports crucial to the effective monitoring and evaluation of the performance program intakes – Effectively manage, develop and motive the colleagues to ensure a high quality of service, including performance reviews, assessing colleague training needs and seeking and approving any necessary training programs – Effectively manage the infrastructure of the front office to ensure a professional image is portrayed at all times – Lecturing where applicable – Maintain close communications with senior management including board of directors to plan, control and implement business strategies and goals – Any other business which may occur from time to time REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years experience in similar position, Marketing and/or Education background, fluent in written and spoken English, excellent communication skills, presentation/lecturing skills, ambitious, goal-oriented, good leadership
