1. Preparing the guest personalized itinerary.
2. Servicing all guest requirements and be a source of information on guest activities, experiences and food & beverage.
3. Liaising with all departments to ensure high standards of service to guests is delivered.
4. Overseeing daily guest communication.
5. Upholding the company beliefs and Brand DNA at all times.
6. Maintaining an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guest, management and staff.
Position Requirements
1. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in hospitality.
2. Dynamic personality.
3. Excellent Communicator.
4. Excellent English skills and Mandarin skills.
