Responsibilities: – Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans – Managing staff & marketing network – Prepare and complete action plans – Reach marketing objectives – Research market demand and industry competitors – Propose and implement advertising, promotional plans – Dealing with claims and problems – Other tasks possible. / Requirements: – Bachelor degree or master in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field – Must be good command in English, Chinese and Khmer – At least 3 years experience in marketing field – Experience in Duty Free Product would be an advantage – Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email) – Must have good communication – Must be self-motivated, creative, flexible and good management – Must be able to work under pressure and hard-working
