Responsibilities: – Work closely under Chief Financial Officer – Work closely as a financial team (4 accountant and 1 CFO) – In related to tax department – Tax declaration and accounting related work – Maintain cash flow control – Ensure transactions are properly recorded timely – Control and maintain good organized financial files and records – Record all transactions following accounting standard – Prepare payment for company transaction and requesting reimbursement and staff salary – Prepare financial statements for Chief Financial Officer. / Requirements: – At lease bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting – At least 3 years experience as senior accountant, senior auditor or financial manager – Good command of Chinese language (Business Level) – If able to speak English very well would be a big advantage – Able to use QuickBook accounting system – Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email) – Good management and leadership – Good communication and interpersonal skills – Honest, hard-working, and self-motivated – Able to work as a team – Able to work under pressure
