Job Summary

This role must identify the fast moving/slow moving products and find improvement opportunity to support the demand market. As a Demand Planner you have to do the stock forecast for sale. Working with sale commercial analyze, and forecast information gather from sale, marketing, & retailer replenishment which make the true forecast. You have to control the supply chain processes to identify the issue and recommend changes to support the sale objective. Also manage route activity including shipment, & factory process.

This integral role explores advanced & emerging forecasting techniques, participates in cross-functional supply chain and process improvement projects, and endeavors to develop greater influence and expertise in our Sales & Operations Planning activities.

Job Duties:

1. Monitor and review sales forecast and customer orders to insure adequate inventory is available to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventories.
2. Evaluate and coordinate all inputs to master schedule: sales forecasts, customer orders, purchase orders, capacity planning, & firm plan.
3. Review historic sales trends & growth rates, inquire document regional demand sale, summarize data, and scrutinize forecast results.
4. Maintain minimal to no back orders on all products released to market.
5. Works with contract manufacturers to coordinate forecasts, production and cross functional team concerns to supplier.
6. Interpret data on logistics elements, such as availability, reliability, supply chain management, strategic sourcing or distribution, supplier management, or transportation.
7. Prepare reports on logistics performance measures.
8. Confer with logistics management teams to determine ways to optimize service levels, maintain supply-chain efficiency, or minimize cost.
9. Track product flow from origin to final delivery.
