Duties: – Receive and verify invoices and requisitions – Updates receivable payment by totaling unpaid invoices. – Daily check and follow up the receivables – Do report to accounting manager – Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts – Data entry into the Excel system – Keep all company information and value confidentially – Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. – Other tasks assigned by the accounting manager / Requirements: – If male would be more advantaged – Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting – At least 2 years experience in AR/AP or related field – Able to read and write well in English – Able to use MS Office, Internet and Email (MS Excel must be skillful) – Good organizing and managing skills – Good communication and hard-working – Honest and highly responsible – Good analyzing skills and attention to details
