JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Provide the products to Dealer and Superstore & Modern trade in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
– Monitor Team performance and provide the assistance when it is needed.

– 10%: Present, promote and sell products to the existing dealer & Super store & Modern Trade
– 10%: Monitor stock and sell out to generate more sales.
– 10%: Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
– 10%: Reach out to customer leads through weekly visit
– 10%: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
– 15%: Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
– 10%: Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
– 15%: Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
– 10%: Continuously improve through feedback
