Job Description	• Make friendship with kids, patient and kind to kids • Capability to organize teaching material as training lessons • Capability to control and handle the kids • Attend to individual kid needs and requirements • Record student daily progress • Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom • Attend training provided by the company regularly • Flexible personality to collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders • Every teacher will have between 1-5 students.
Salary	400 - 500 -Training will be provided in our schools in KL/Malaysia. The company will sponsor a candidate to attend the training period. The candidate will be trained under special education doctorate and special education master teachers in Kuala Lumpur. The training period will take between 1-2 weeks, a daily basis from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The training period is not payable and will be paid as soon as the candidate finishes training and back to Phnom Penh school to start official working. As the training of teachers on special needs education is costly for company and company is investing in candidates equal to RM 40,000 in providing special education training, the company will make a 1-year contract with a candidate with the terms and conditions of not leave the company for 1 year. Should the candidate leave before the 1 Year contract is completed the candidate will need to pay the Company back the number of months remaining in the contract times their salary. - 1-year contract includes 3 months’ probation with the payment of $ 300 and after probation will increase to $450 (diploma) and $600 (bachelor) per month.
