Job Descriptions: – Direct, supervise, and monitor the Accounting staffs to ensure a highly motivated and efficient staff. – Control the process of invoices, accounts receivables, account payable, cash handling, cash flow, and related documents – Preparing financial statement monthly or yearly – Control and process in monthly and annually tax declaration – Build good connections and relationships with tax department or any other sectors – Control, check, and follow up monthly payroll – Budgets management and planning – Examining financial accounts and related documents – Prepare, organize and handle all tax documents, reports and statements – Others tasks assigned by financial manager. / Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Accounting and Finance – Completed taxation training would be a big advantage – Understanding and fully knowledgeable related to taxation operation and process in Cambodia – Good command of Chinese language (Speaking & Writing) – At least 3 years experience as senior accountant, accounting supervisor or manager – Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email) and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Peachtree, SAP, etc) – Good management and leadership skills – Good communication and interpersonal skills – Highly confident, independent, and self-motivated – Able to work under pressure
