Job Descriptions: – Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans. – Research and write discussion papers, analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization – Meeting with other managers such as Sales & Marketing Manager, Financial Manager, GM etc to develop monthly strategy, and annual planning – Train new staffs and coach them to reach company standards – Manage and discuss advertising opportunities with sales & Marketing manager – Support board of directors in formulating policies and projects and policies recommendation – organizes regular staff meetings and builds an environment in which employees willingly produce maximum work – Producing marketing & promotion content and implementation – Plan & review marketing activities, results and expectations with employees on regular basis. / Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or MBA graduated – Good command of Chinese and English language (Business Level) – At least 5 years experience in sales & marketing management in a standard automobile company – Able to use computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email) – Good presentation and negotiation skills (Advanced PowerPoint skills) – Good management and leadership skills – Good communication and interpersonal skills – Highly responsible, confident, independent or teamwork – Able to work under pressure
