DESCRIPTION: – Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow – Prepare various documents for international transportation – Ensure documents are timely prepared for customers- Ensure data entry into internal system are accurate and within the time frame- Ensure accurate billing to clients and vendors- Coordinate with vendors to arrange shipments as per buyer instructions- Track and trace shipments via carriers tracking system- Adhere to compliance policies, including internal policies, government regulations or customer compliance policies.- Ensure all customers Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed- Work with the team to meeting KPI standards as per company’s procedures- Timely response to all email. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree in related field; Must have at least 1 or 2 years of experience in shipping/freight; must be familiar with shipping process; good communicator to respond with clients, buyer and supplier; hard worker; good presentation; self confident; must be familiar with microsoft office and email.
