To handle and secure the development of the company’s Removal activity (Import, Export, and Domestic transportation of Personal Effects). Develops the Sales activity for Removal and Personal Effects (Import, Export, and Domestic): Develops and maintain any process / documentation useful in the activity of Removal; Develops and maintains contacts with locally based companies, institutions, and administrations, in order to advertize the company’s activity in the field of Removal activity; Develops and maintains contacts with the company’s Network and Agents in order to get their support in the field of Removal activity; Manage all inquiry from local prospects and/or Network for Requests for Quotations; Formalize the needs of the customers and determine the related estimate costs (with the assistance of the Network and/or company’s Operations); Production of formalized offers to prospects ; Provide customers with reliable and useful information regarding the (international) moving process; Supervise the good process of the removal activity (surveys, packing etc.); Provide Operation with formalized instructions; Follow shipments until full completion of the service; Maintain communications with third parties when needed; Daily problem solving when needed;Maintain good services to customer and ensure customer’s satisfaction; Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility; Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in related field ; Sales oriented person.• Meticulous with strong analytic skills.• English speaking. French speaking (a plus).• Excellent team working & Leadership skills• PC skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.• Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasks.• Adaptable to new situation and problem solving.• Good knowledge of the Cambodian expat context.
