RESPONSIBILITIES: · Directs the procurement of purchase for white collar demand and general services at the best possible with acceptable standards of quality and services.

· Directs and supervises subordinates in the management of their assigned responsibilities to ensure to meet objective and attain satisfactory operation and performance is consistent with the company policies and procedures.

· Negotiates purchase agreements or other arrangement in the area of assigned responsibility in case of values exceeding the assigned responsibility together with Head of Procurement

· Prepares periodic reports or other data for information to Head of Procurement and other organization units on the assigned spending categories.

· Prepares and recommend purchasing decision based on criteria being defined by companies policies and that are linked to company’s goal
QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor degree in Accounting / Business Administration

· Comprehensive negotiation skills, capability to work independently

· Strong Communication skills

· Strong focus on own initiates, continuous improvements and preparation of decision

· Ability to motivate, service orientated, team worker, leadership capability

· Ability to convince and to handle conflicts, creative, target focused

· Strong assertiveness
