Job Description:
• To deliver all IT related functions and services to support the technology needs across the company and ensure smooth running of all IT system including SAP system and soft 4 system
• Work closely with management team to ensure that the system is fit to the company’s business and operation
• To communicate with stakeholders closely and support to resolve their business issues with IT solutions
• Develop and execute the medium-term IT plan by considering the life cycle of hardware (H/W), software (S/W), technological trends, and business needs
• To ensure up-to-date, timely & effective maintenance of IT infrastructure, system, network, connectivity, hardware & software by communicating with vendors and stakeholders
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems
• Work closely with management team to understand the business needs
• Monitor and run the initially installs the company’s network and computer systems
• Analyse the company’s technology needs, develop systems and software, implement hardware and software
• Conduct tests and maintain ongoing operations of all systems
• Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs
• Highly ensure and improve the information security of all the electrical recorded data in the company
• Evaluate new information systems products or services and suggest changes to existed products or services to be more effective for the end users
• Work closely with system vendor to enhance and maintain the system functionally meets the business requirements
• Develop, design IT Disaster Recovery procedure and perform IT DR Test
• Be responsible for budget planning in the IT area
• Be proactive to negotiate with suppliers and ensure cost effectiveness
• Administrator active directory, services and email to work smoothly
• Monitor month-end and year-end batch process
• Provide training to the users and support them
• Be initiative to keep in touch with all relevant risk factors and control them based on the analytically thinking
• Be typically responsible for creating a disaster recovery plan (back-up system)
• Develop IT policy, guideline, SOP, rules and manual to ensure the smooth running of the IT area
• Keep confidential for all the company data and information
• Regularly provide IT Operation Report to the management team including IT resources monitoring result,
create/change/delete accounts and privileges, changed/developed IT Policy, guidelines, SOP, rules, and manuals and so on
• Lead team to implement the company and the function’s guideline and coach them
• Develop, extract MIS report as per management requirement
• Prepare customised reports for managers as required
