Japanese who stay in hotel and condominium call and email to you when check in and some problem happen.
Your key responsibilities will be including check-in check-out billing, messaging and guest relation
You will have knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and service and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises.

・ Management of multinational staff including Cambodians
・ Assist for Japanese GM manager and general operations
・ Creating documents and reporting reports
