-Source and procure local/oversea tools, small machines, materials and etc. necessary for
elevator and escalator installation and maintenance while focusing on high quality and low cost
-Negotiate price and follow up with suppliers
-Keep track of all outstanding purchase requests and purchase orders to ensure that goods are
delivered on time
-Coordinate the delivery of goods to ensure they arrive on site according to schedule
-Ensure to inform of any issues or delays relating to procurement and supply of goods
-Prepare monthly procurement reports in an accurate and timely manner
-Find new vendors for better quality as well as better prices
-Monitor on inventory items in warehouse (In & Out) properly and make monthly inventory reports
-Conduct inventory physical count quarterly
-Ensure inventory items are kept in good arrangement
-Keep warehouse clean & in good arrangement
-Other tasks as assigned by direct manager
