Responsibilities:
1.0 Oversee maintenance and operational concerns of the
Computer IT system of the company (SAGE-ACCPAC)

2.0 Responsible in training the functional operations of the
Computer system for the new employees

3.0 For controls,security and safety , He/She responsible in the
setting up passwords, virus protection and backed-up process of
the company’s databased.

4.0 Perform maintenance tasks such as checking for viruses,
backing up tape, upgrading software, and other basic maintenance

5.0 Responsible in ensuring that all network connections are
functioning well ,this includes servers.

6.0 Recommend as needed on improvements in IT system,
computer hardware and software if it deemed necessary for the
company.

7.0 Maintain and administer Web server, facebook, website, and
other web program for the company.

8.0 Responsible in setting up new email addresses and
maintenance of the outlook facility

9.0 Assist in any department’s request that involves the expertise of
an IT specialist, such as adding of new user , changing or placing
passwords,etc.

10.0 Coordinate with the system provider (SAGE-ACCPAC) for the
department’s request that need important involvement of an IT
specialist, the company IT must represent and handle the
communication with the IT Sytem provider.

11.0 The IT specialist shall make sure that the system is fully
operational all the time

12.0 Help in managing GPS databased and maintenance such as
creating new user, reporting, and other task related to GPS
program

13.0 Responsible for supervising the operation of computer
hardware and ensuring equipments are fully functional and secure.
Recommend improvements if needed.

14.0 Maintains recording through on maintenace job,hardware
complaints ,etc. submit reports to Admin Manager cc: Operations
Manager

15.0 Manage in achieving specific KRA of an IT specialist of the
company.
Education: Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer
Experience: preferably with at least Two (2) years experience in IT Job.
Skills: good oral and written communication skills
Training: SAGE -ACCPAC system
