1.0 Security and safety of the warehouse premises to prevent from theft,pilferage,damage,contamination and
misallocation.

2.0 Importation ,warehousing ,releasing and dispatching to customers within the GSDP standards

3.0 Ensure SOPs are properly implemented across each roles and responsibilities in the warehouse

4.0 Responsible in Quality assurance of all the imported products from the Principals. Manage quality controls
and handles the processing of product quality concerns.

5.0 Manage the movement of products/equipment/materials within the country in accordance with GSDP policy
and procedure.

6.0 Control and monitor bold stock by doing monthly stock count with warehouse supervisor

7.0 Control all packaging material use for warehouse work operation; this include doing report, submit request
to completed the stock and ensure that all material have enough stock for daily operation.

8.0 Assist Supply Chain Manager to control all warehouse operation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree of any course or preferably Bachelor’s degree related to Customs or Logistics Management
Experience: preferably with at least three (3 ) experience in customs brokerage and warehousing , 1 year experience stock job
Skills: Excellent communication skills, English Language comprehension, knowledgeable of the customs process
Training: All SOPs, Logistics or Supply Chain Management Training
