Job Description:

* Recruitment
– Shortlisting Candidates: Proper initial assessments and phone/interviews. Provide general support in recruitment, coordinate in requisition form, job posting, short listing, interview, reference check, job offer, and document collection
– Provide support in recruitment and hiring processes and related policies
– Keep track and update, cv database and complete recruitment monitoring and necessary reports.

* Training and Staff Development

– All new staffs have been briefed and oriented on HR induction, company profile and management and HR policies and procedure
– Regular re-trainings for company process and regulation
– Regulated on-boarding trainings for some key positions supervise and coordinate with respective cross department
– Coordinate properly all external training and Onboarding of new staff and keep records of training materials.

* Compensation and Benefits

– Handle payroll and related information documents o Manage insurance ( NSSF or Phillip lnc.)
– Manage employee overtime
– Issue Letter or Recommendations as Staff request.

* Performance, Appraisals and Employee Relations

– Accurate monitoring and regulation of employee leaves
– Manage and collection of appraisal records
– Proper quality regulation of staff attendance, punctuality and leave
– Proper review and accurate evaluation of appraisal feedback and action
– To process staff probation and appraisal before deadline o Manage employee warning and termination decisions
– Manage employee Promotions
– Develops educational and training strategy to build the knowledge of employee relations for consistent interpretation of policies to prevent employee relations problems.

* Compliance & Ministry

– Ensure full labor compliance and no to minimal penalty as much as possible
– Ensure timely submission of reports and/or documents to related government offices
– Timely renewal of work permits, staff declarations, NSSF payment processing
– Work with relevant ministries, especially the Ministry of Labor and local authority to make sure that the company’s operations comply with the law.

* HR Management

– Responsible update the company’s key documents, including job description, internal regulations, internal documents, structure, policies, or other official documents
– Headcount and Staffing Master list is accurate and up-to-date Vs monthly staff in and out data
– To update organization chart accurately as required
– To process staff probation and appraisal before deadline and on time collection from respective parties
– To coordinate in staff engagement programs and team building activities
– Proceed and update all company documents to comply with Labor Department and related authorities
– Manage; maintain documentation of relevant administrative documents. o Manage stationary, Office supplies
– Problem solving, coordinate and provide advice on employee issues
– Act as a mediator between company and employee /employee counseling
– Provide consultation to managers and employees on employee relations issues, Human Resources policies, procedures, standards, laws and regulations
– Review complaints and documentation, conduct investigations, recommend solutions, and counsel staff on the performance management program
– Handle questions related to compensation, benefits, recruitment, retention, and payroll
– Monthly meeting with GM/ Head Department for improving the work performance.

Job Requirement:

– Bachelor or Master Degree in Admin/HR, Management or in related filed
– Experience: At least 3 years experiences in Admin/HR field (Management Level)
– Good command in both English and Khmer
– Good knowledge of the Cambodian Labor Law and Regulations
– Good problem solving, planning and interpersonal skill
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skill
– Ability to work in a team and under pressure
– Be creative, initiative and result-oriented
