Job Description:

• Assist supervisor and follow all full spectrum of Credit Collection unit/section to ensure smooth running of the section
• Implement all the company’s policies, guidelines, procedures, and instructors to ensure the compliance and no risk
• Implement the working plan for collection team (call collection and field collection team) and control as well as support team
• Participate with Supervisor and Manager to identify the key challenges during implementing work task and participate with Manager to solve the challenges
• Participate with Supervisor and Manager to develop SOP/Guideline to be smooth operation and well manage
• Understand Soft 4 function and coach team

• Credit Collection Management
• Provide the effective solution to credit collection team based on previous experience
• Assist supervisor to design the schedule for assigning team and conducting on home/office/business visit for delinquent customer daily
• Motivate/negotiate/pressure to default customer for payment
• Support and coordinate with the field collection team to discuss and propose solutions for problem /issue especially with delinquent customer
• Corporate and discuss with Local authority for any solution of default customer
• Participate repossession team to execute repossess asset back
• Assist supervisor to handle complaint when having discussion with committee of local authority
• Consolidate and update result of home/office/business visit daily into system (soft 4)
• Maintain and update data/information/result of visit is correct and on time
• Promote and build up the company image to all customers and business partners

• Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly report about work performance to supervisor and Manager

• Other tasks
• Maintain good relationships with customers by displaying professionalism and on a strictly customer relationship, and not be placed in positions where own interest could conflict with those of company or any of company’s customers
• Perform other jobs assigned by Supervisor & Manager
