Job Description:
– Directing guided tours of each rental.
– Crafting snag lists in consultation with lessees.
– Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements.
– Scheduling property-related maintenance, as needed.
– Addressing and recording all rule violations.
– Renewing lease agreements, if desired.
– Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements.
– Performing relevant inspections prior to returning lessees’ deposits.

Job Requirement:

– Minimum 3 years to 5 years’ experiences in commercial properties Broker or Agent in Cambodia market
– Excellent negotiations skill and honestly
– Knowledge of the process of the leasing agreement
– Understand of real estate market and trend
– Good communication both Cambodia, English (Chinese is an advantage)
– Basic computer skill such as Ms. Word, Excel & PowerPoint

– Working Time: 9:00 AM ～ 5:30 PM
– For schedule, the company work from Monday to Saturday (full day) but the company have 2 Saturdays off per month (meaning one Saturday working, the next not working, and so on).
