Assist the Treasury Manager/Supervisor

-Cash handling

-Review cash count sheets

-Review aging report and project cash inflow and outflow

-Request payment from customer (AR)

-Prepare payment to supplier (AP)

-Bank and cash reconciliations

-Make weekly deposits at the bank

-Ensure sufficient funds are available for operations

-Upgrade efficiency in work flow with the Treasury Department

-Must work half day on Saturday

-Opportunity to enhance cross-functional skills with operation and accounting team

-Must be organize and detail-oriented
