✅ Key Responsibilities
Oversee monthly and annual financial closing
Manage tax filings (VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, prepayment of tax on income)
Supervise and review accounting work performed by on-site assistants
Prepare and finalize financial reports and statements
Coordinate with auditors and management
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and Cambodian regulations

✅ Work Arrangement
Primarily remote work from home
Approximately 4 on-site workdays per month for supervision, meetings, and audits

Transaction volume is relatively moderate, and core tasks focus on tax and compliance
This role requires strong self-management and the ability to work independently

Additional Requirements

✅ Must Have
Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing accounting and tax operations
Experience in team management or senior accounting positions
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

Familiarity with ERP systems
Knowledge of international accounting standards and multi-currency accounting
Khmer or Japanese language skills

✅ Remarks
An on-site accounting assistant will handle daily processing; the manager focuses on oversight and final review
Monthly on-site attendance is approximately 4 times, with flexibility during peak periods
