* Description : – Formulates and implements policies and procedures relating to financial management, budget/forecast, accounting – Consult on the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting process – Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department – Monthly review of G/L activity for posting errors; Reclassification J/Es as needed – Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow report) monthly – Prepare budgeting and forecasting for financial statement (Profit&Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow report) monthly, quarterly, and yearly – Provide variance analysis (v. budget and/or v. prior periods and/or v. forecast) – Manage the accurate, reliable, and timely reporting for internal requirements – Directly supervises staff and senior accountants. Mentors employees as needed and helps resolve day to day challenges. – Assists in special projects including year-end audit. – Perform different types of tasks as required. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. * Requirement : – Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent certificate. – Three years or more of experience in generalist accounting or finance, with two years on supervisory position – Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations – Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases – Strong team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization – High attention to detail and accuracy – Intelligence, confidence, initiative, and energy. – Ability to direct and supervise – Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required
