Job Description
– Liaison and coordination with client companies
(Mainly in Japanese. During busy times, more than 100 e-mails a day may be handled)
– Prepare for, participate in, and respond to regular general meetings and meetings for each unit.
– Respond to and follow up on requests from external parties (Japanese, Cambodians, and foreigners) involved in large-scale events.
– Organize large events such as social gatherings, events with the government, external agencies and organizations, seminars, and regular plenary meetings.

– Make appointments with Cambodian government and organizations, organize meetings, coordinate minutes, etc.
– JBAC bank account procedures, monthly expense reports, office administration, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor
