Job Descriptions: – Working closely with a team of other professional such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologies. – Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction -Setting out, leveling and surveying the site – Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations – Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications – To execute tasks using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD Architecture, 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up Pro.V-Ray Plug-in and Adobe Creative Suites such as Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design. – To coordinate with contractors to execute the project according to standards of design and technical requirements – Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise – Checking progressive activity at the site. / Job Requirements: -BA Degree is a MUST in Architecture or Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science – At least 3 to 4 years experience as architecture, civil engineer or site engineer – Experience in draw up detailed design for site works and the coordination with building workers – Strong Management skill & Creative – Hard working, mature, pro-active, result-oriented, honest and good interpersonal skill – Highly organized, flexible and initiative – Able to travel to province for work at site – Good command of English and Khmer.
