Job Description: -Confirm Purchase Order with PoSs-Perform money transfers to assigned dealers-Manage petty cash disbursements and posting transactions in accounting system for PoSs-Enter all transactions into QuickBooks accounting systems with sufficient supporting documents-Perform daily , monthly, yearly key reconciliation (Bank system, receivables, and payables)-Control the account payable and account receivable-Assist in monthly tax declaration-other administration needed-Ensure that filling system of vouchers and other receipts are complete-Other duties are assigned from Deputy Finance Manager/ Finance Manager if it necessary and urgent—————————————————————————————————————-Requirement: Graduate or student which is in year 4 up with relevant major of Accounting, Finance and Banking-Fluent in Khmer and English speaking, reading and writing-Experience in handling pressure and challenge work-CAT or ACCA student is given advantage-Computer literacy (Ms. Office, QuickBooks, the Internet, and Email)-Be honest, Loyal , reliable, flexible, innovative, fast learner and hard working.
