• Manage all employee engagement activities per event calendar
• Attend to all Labor and Industrial Relations issue
• To ensure employees receive and provides information correctly and concisely
• To establish good networking and act as main liaison between company and external bodies
• Responsible for process improvement in Employee Relations
• Provide direct report with necessary trainings
• Be responsible for handling of disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance issue, termination management, crisis management leading in hearing when appropriate
• To advice manager in cases of absentee, ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Follow up payroll management

• Go to join all meeting and report to HR Manager
• Go to taste food all canteen with feedback report every week
