Role Overview:

Supports the Sales Manager by helping execute sales plans, coordinating client activities, and facilitating internal and external communication. This role bridges strategy and execution and may oversee specific segments or accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in developing and executing sales plans and business development initiatives.
– Close coordination with the Sales Manager on pipeline, proposals, and client follow-ups.
– Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
– Support negotiation and contract finalization.
– Provide day-to-day guidance to Sales Executives and track their performance.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, or a similar field.
– At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics/freight sector.
– Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
– Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
– Proficiency in English; proficient in Khmer. Additional languages a plus.
