Job Description:Process and Control all payments ( both petty cash and cash in bank)-Play role in bank operations-Collector all backs statement from all banks-Prepare report all cash (cash in bank and petty cash) to chief Accounts-Control cash advance on book – Post data in Excell and system-Prepare all documents ( Petty cash and cash in back)-Double check on clear advance when other team pass to clear-Control customer payment when account receivable officer collect from customers already-Can make the monthly/annual tax declaration-Go to tax department -Pass back slip of customer payment to account receivable officer- Admin tasks to support CEO-Perform other assigned tasks as needed ——————————————————————————————Requirement:-Graduated BA Degree concerning Accounting/Finance – Need honest person and punctual-Must fluent English both writing and speaking-Need just only female staff-Hard working and can work under pressure-Need Single staff-Have two years experience up related position-Have good knowledge related Accounting system likes Peachtree, Quick book and MYOB is advantage- Will get the training to Malaysia about a week to get know about the Bookkeeper tasks-Fast learner and flexible-Have good knowledge regarding Cambodian Tax-Age should be from 20-30 years old.
