* Description : – Define the client long-term strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintains extensive – knowledge of current market conditions; – Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the client; – Find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future; – Help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive; – Call on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs; – Achieve marketing and sales objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans – Lead, encourage, supervise and train marketing team to reach the client’s expected goals; – Make market research including customers’ need and complaint, competitors and other – factors that can affect the client; – Conducts regular customer surveys and re-surveys. Makes recommendation to the Operations Manager for improvements to client service – Manage all day to day promotional activities related to the client markets which can include on-and-offline marketing programs in broadcast, print, outdoor, display, search engine marketing, social media, mobile, the client’s international websites and other marketing programs – Liaise with both new and current customers to get more service order from them; – Design and develop new services for meeting marketing needs – Ensures that all reports are completed accurately and on time as required. * Requirement : – Master of Marketing – Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the sale, marketing and tourism field – Good English proficiency – Strong organization, communication, report writing, decision-making, conflict solving and facilitating skills, and good interpersonal skills – Problem solving skills – Research and development skills – Demonstrate ability to work independently, trustworthy, and collaboratively – Strong commitment to diversity – High level of confidentiality required
