Job Announcement: Business Manager

Location: Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Svay Rieng, Cambodia
Salary: From USD 2,000+ (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Purpose:

The Business Manager will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by consulting with clients on accounting and taxation matters, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of bookkeeping services by the internal team. This role bridges client consultation with operational execution.

Job Objectives:

– To provide professional consulting on accounting, tax compliance, and financial strategies.
– To strengthen client trust and expand the company’s client base.
– To coordinate between clients and the bookkeeping team, ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on time.
– To support the company’s long-term growth in Cambodia’s SEZ market.

Main Responsibilities:

– Act as the first point of contact with clients regarding accounting and taxation issues.
– Provide professional advice on Cambodian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
– Introduce clients to the company’s services and hand over operational tasks to the bookkeeping team.
– Monitor client accounts and ensure services are completed accurately and timely.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
– Identify opportunities for business growth through new client acquisition and service expansion.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
– Report directly to senior management on client activities, service status, and business development progress.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related fields.
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, tax consulting, or business management.
– Some knowledge of Cambodian tax laws and accounting practices.
– Excellent communication and consulting skills.
– Chinese language proficiency is strongly preferred (Mandarin).
– Good command of English; Khmer is an advantage.
– Strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving abilities.
– Willingness to work and reside in Svay Rieng SEZ (accommodation provided).
