1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Help team to serve all guests in the shop with fast and efficient service of food and beverage in a courteous manner.

– Ensure correct billing procedures,

– Make sure all the furniture be always remained in well arrangement.

– Welcome and advise guests on the menu and drinks.

– Serve food and drinks in a nice, friendly and fast way.

– Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

– Keep the shop clean and tidy.

– Manage the team in each station and make sure that they manage and keep their stations remaining in standard and be well-prepared.

– Manage the responsible stock control and analyze it with shop supervisor

– Able to train the team related to know-how of Food and Drinks.

– Able to lead the team weekly meeting with shop supervisor.
