Job Description:-Assisting technician mechanics in performing technical activitties-Diagnoses and repairs to specification-Brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conitioning and computer systems-Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customeeers on an as reuired basis-Continuosly learns new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing vehicle technology-Keeps store managment aware of mechanical repair problems as they occu-Maintains an organized neat nad safe bay-Making report to Sales manager———————————————————————————————————-Requirement:-5+ years of automotive mechancial diagnosis, problem solving and repair experience asyou mentor and teach teammates while discussing problems with customers-YOu will also need strong leadership skills and a customer-Focused attidue to go along with a high level of motivation and energy-5 ASE Certifications are perferred-Must have a valid driver’s license -Prep-employment drug test/physical / background check will helop assure -We byild team of people who can best work with others and service customer needs.
