1. Head the overall sales & marketing operations required to grow the sales of the branded products as well as the brand equity of the company in Cambodia, including taking full responsibilities of the country P&L;
2. Direct the formulation of business strategies, plans, budgets and KPIs covering the whole spectrum of sales, marketing & after sales service operations;
3. Setup proper policies and procedures in regards to sales, marketing and after sales service operations to automate and speed up business processes as well as the relevant control measures to minimize deviation, maintain consistency and achieve efficiencies in execution;
4. Lead the lobbying initiatives required to approach and convince the Senior to Top Management Officials in customers’ and/or strategic vendor partners’ organizations to close deals or bring about new projects or initiatives that may lead to significant improvements or breakthroughs in certain operational areas;
5. Orchestrate the launch and execution of well-planned branding and marketing programs or initiatives in to achieve top-of-mind brand awareness by following implementation standards or guidelines set forth by headquarter, covering events, exhibitions, digital marketing, targeted ads, KOL endorsements as well as public relations;
6. Build strong after sales service infrastructure to ensure top customer satisfaction levels, including establishing a centralized call center, a wide network of service centers, sufficient parts inventory as well as effective training programs for service personnel of all capacities or levels;
7. Organize the study and preparation of proposals for capital expenditures and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, IT systems and other assets and resources required to achieve strong sales & service performance in the long run;
8. Establish high-achieving front-liner teams (sales consultants, promotion staff, service technicians etc.) by providing effective leadership, coaching and mentoring in a daily basis;
9. Act as main Liaison Officer with Senior and Top Management in the headquarter to report performances and achievements periodically as well as to translate headquarter’s directions into action plans.
