Job Description: -Retain and provide business solutions-Maintain/improve service quality through service agreed standard-Develop long-term partnership with new and existing clients -Motor P and L-Perform monthly site visit and meeting with clients-Monitor day to day operation and find solution to execute on time-Support in implementing of best practice in cleaning standard0To be able in managing multiple sites contract-Communicate regularly with staff through formal and informal channels on safety matters0Take responsibility for ensuring that a safe system of work is produced and communicated to employee prior to the commencement of the work activity-Take responsibility for ensuring that plant and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose-Ensure that work activities are properly managed and supervised-Communicate effectively with clients (verbally, email and reports) in order to provide timely, accurate, challenging and innovative information-Establish excellent relationships, based on mutual trust and recognition with the operation teams that deliver services to your clients-Understand customer’s expectation and business environment-Give our customer’s success as first priority-Manage on going performance and seek continuos improvement to the delivery of services in line with best proactive, corporate objectives and policies-Implement quality audits to achieve continuous measured improvement-Implement benchmark of service costs and performance to inform the continuos improvement program-Ensure the wok procedure and processes are implemented correctly.-Manage, motivate and develop people in accordance with company policies-Identify training needs, implement a training program and monitor the feedback-Implement HSE policies through providing an effective and informed role model-To retain existing clients, maintain turnover-To improve the quality of services-To be able to prioritize work effectively and to provide solutions to the problem. ——————————————————————————————————————-Requirement: -Male/ Female from 30 years old-BA in any fields or equivalent-Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point-Fluently in English, listening, speaking, reading writing-Communication skills, spoken and written in English-Leadership skills-Well job organized and achievement-Technically competent and practical-Systematic, measured and logical-Positive mental attitude-Positive mental attitude-Open communication style and team building mentality-Strong communication and influencing skills-Nat and professional presentation-Solution focused-Customer service orientated (external and internal)-Coaching and people development skills)A resilient and robust nature is essential-Customer focused.
