1*****Clinical Leadership
-Fully responsible for the Clinical Department and to ensure quality SRH clinical services and assurance programs are delivered in accordance with MSI global standards across all channels and projects.
-Lead the Medical Advisory Team (MAT), focusing on strong analytical outcomes, developing and implementing actions plans across the business.
-Ensure year on year improvements in MSIC’s clinical quality assessment score across all MSI channels.
-Work across all projects /channels to ensure cohesive and efficient quality assurance and training plans are developed, implemented and monitored.
-Responsible for the overall clinical incident management policy, including awareness across the organisation.
-Manage the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality assessment tools and training curriculums (where applicable).
-Ensure all clinical data is accurate and is provided on a timely basis and in line with MSI requirements. Full monitoring and analysis of the clinical data with concise action planning/strategies implemented on the results.
-Work with the MSI Global medical team to ensure all MSI global medical systems are implemented and monitored accordingly, including all clinical governance requirements.
-Act as a clinical resource to the organisation as a whole, particularly to the quality assurance, advocacy, and clinical feasibility and pilot studies.
-Work with, and across the organisation to maximise operational efficiency. Including ensuring the adequate supply of appropriate equipment, clinical supplies, client flow, staffing and rosters.

2*****External Relationships and Advocacy for SRH
-Represent MSIC at relevant international, national, sub-national meetings, provincial meetings/conferences/taskforces/working groups. Action plans developed and implemented.
-Ensure MSIC’s “clinical quality” brand recognition is strongly upheld.
-Work closely and cooperatively with key stakeholders both locally and overseas to monitor key SRH developments and develop plans to implement locally.
-Ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders, government officials, partners and healthcare organisations and ensure that significant developments in the field are identified and key policy changes are moved forward.
-Develop on-going partnership and collaborations with both public and private sectors to push forward high quality SRH service delivery.
-Ensure all MSI clinical quality assurance tools and programs are approved by the relevant stakeholders.
