Job Description:-Manage and monitor marketing budget effectively and efficiently.-Identify training need for subordinates in cooperation with product office to make sure they know clearly about products that they are handling and other skills training if necessary to build staff capacity and abilities -Provide direction and participate with Brand Manager to develop an annual marketing plan for assigned products associated with budgeting. -Work closely with area sales Managers to ensure brand visibility and drive off-take-Work closely with area managers in case they need cooperation in term of new opening retail stores-Coordinate with related departments to announce or inform they activities that we will run and make sure it will run smoothly and effectively-Work with related teams and subordinates (design/webmaster/agency) to develop company website and always keep updated with new activities if any.-Create products must list and display standard ( planogram) for rental space for both special promotional periods normal shelf display by specific outlet-Event planning, organization and execution-Report weekly and monthly on ongoing activities to BOD. ————————————————————————————————————–Requirement: -Graduated BA Degree concerning Sale and Marketing if MBA is advantage-Hard working and can work under high pressure-Fast learner and flexible-Willing to achieve the task until the end-Leadership management.
