Job Description:

– Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
– Resolve client issues and complaints
– Provide guidance and support to clients on their asset investment
– Manage client asset management accounts
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records
– Generate and send reports on client account performance
– Maintain and build strong relationships with clients
– Dealing with the team in the move-in and move-out process in the property
– Coordinates with the Property Management Company and contracts with tenants
– Communicate with the sub-contractor on room facility maintenance and renovation
– To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management.

JOB KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCY:

– Bachelor’s degree in any related field
– Minimum 1 year of work experience, property-related work experience preferred
– Good appearance and personal presentation
– Customer service orientation
– Good problem-solving skills
– Good English and Chinese communication, both verbal and written
– Good computer skills
– Able to work on weekends (Days off will be arranged during weekdays)

任职要求：

– 本科及以上学历，专业不限
– 至少1年工作经验，有物业相关工作经验者优先
– 形象良好，注重职业仪表
– 具备客户服务意识
– 良好的解决问题能力
– 中英文口语及书面沟通能力佳
– 熟练操作计算机
– 可接受周末工作（工作日调休）
