Job Description | DESCRIPTION: Assist in the design and implementation of the new Office’s facility• Assist new Office’s facility implementation and start-up. • Develop, manage and coordinate the activities of facilities, design professionals and construction contractors to ensure that facilities are completed within time, cost, and quality constraints.• Procurement and management of architectural design services.• Ensure bidding and award of contract service procedure is followed appropriately. • Resolve schedule and budget issues in a timely fashion on facility projects. • Participate in final inspections, ensure all deficiencies are remedied, and coordinate final acceptance by user. • Supervise subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions. • Manage the personnel responsible for the upkeep and appearance of the facility and grounds.• Ensure that all contractors and on-site vendors procured by the Facilities Manager are aware of and adhere to all Company Safety Procedures and they so signify by signing the proper documentation.• Interface with other departments, contractors and supplier personnel.• Responsible for department budget process and audit the same to ensure that goals are met.• Responsible for effective communications levels and foster team building.• Responsible for adherence to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.• Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings. • Build a strong facilities team in order to support the plant is once it is operational. REQUIREMENTS: • Male/ Female• At least 05 years of maintenance experience, Building Management• Bachelor’s degree• Proven organizational and supervisory skills.• Excellent understanding of computer applications.• Proven knowledge of the Office’s processes and equipment.• Proven facility electrical and mechanical skills.• Proven knowledge of required building codes.• Proven knowledge of security procedures and systems.• Proven knowledge of office and facility design and construction.• Develop and execute strategies for office centers and facilities.• Proven problem solving skills.• Property Management, Facility Maintenance and Janitorial Services.• English communication is advantage• Have experience in Multinational company is a plus |
