This job will act as a strategic business partner and advisor by leading strategic planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting efforts and directing analysis on key areas of performance for the company. This job assimilates financial and non-financial information to influence short-, medium-, and long-range decision making; managing the reduction of company losses and protection of partners and assets; develops programs and manages Partner & Asset Protection team and activities within the organization. Partners with and supports operations management to ensure partner safety and enhance Starbucks profitability by preventing or minimizing loss of assets.

1. Develop annual operating plan, P&L modelling, five-year strategic business plans that support business growth. Manage & review monthly P&L and budget within organization.
2. Lead and collaborate with other functional managers to execute along with the Annual Operating Plan.
3. Working with managers in each business function to prepare budget and track P&L performance by business unit and on consolidated basis.
4. Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole.
5. Analyze monthly financial reports, including corrective actions to address adverse performance of each business function.
6. Ensuring the cash flow is adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
7. Arranging financial audits and review as required.
8. Develop strategic and operational plans for the organization and partners’ safety and security managing execution, and measuring results.
9. Recommend enhanced company safety and security policies and procedures.
10. Lead and align with cross functional teams for enhancing system and data flow in AX for new projects and initiatives.
11. Comply with local regulatory and statutory requirement for taxation and audit, and manage interim and final audit with external auditor in a professional manner.
12. Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve partner, business and customer results.
