Job Descriptions: – Working location is based in factory near Koh Krabey, Kandal Province with company transportation – Manage and control Accounting Manager and other accounting staffs – Coordinate with GM and work closely under top management level from abroad – Set up company financial planning and budget management – In related to tax department (Tax declaration and accounting related work) – Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget. -Oversee daily operations of the accounting department. -Ensure compliance with local and state budgetary reporting requirements – Maintain cash flow control – Ensure transactions are properly recorded timely – Control and maintain good organized financial files and records – Record all transactions following accounting standard – Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements – Prepare financial statements and report to GM – Other tasks assigned by GM or MD. / Job Requirements: -Male or Female (Female is preferred) – Bachelor’s degree or master in finance or other related field – At least 4 years experience in management level related to accounting & finance – Good command of English is a must – Good command of computer literacy and accounting system – Previous experience in taxation with well-known international audit company is preferred Strong experience in income statement analysis. – Self-motivated to learn new concepts – Strong management, organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills – Honest, highly responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure
