Job Descriptions: – Expatriate only and excellent in English language -Oversee the whole operation of the company. -Develop short & medium, long-term plan for the company. -Fix the budgets of all the operational activities and departments. -Meet with clients, future business partners and other important stakeholders. -Expand the business of the company. -Conduct performance reviews and appraisals. -Conduct press conferences on behalf of the company. -Create a good working environment for employees. -Take responsibility of the profits of the company and set targets for them to achieve. -Do the risk assessment for the future business prospects. -Look after all the legal issues of the company. -Manage jobs under Farm Project to reach our target -Dealing closely with Sales Division -Ability to drive people and projects with effective and profitable results. -Manage the operational functions of the data processing. -Coordinate the development and improvement of these systems through sets of activities to achieve formulated outputs and outcomes. -Report to directors. /———————————————————————————————— Job Requirements: -Master Degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or others related field. -Expatriate is preferred. -5 to 10 years experiences in the equivalent position related to the Agricultural industry. -Experience related the agricultural industry like corn plantation, cassava, sugar cane is preferred. -Ability to excel in a fast paced environment whilst establish priorities, good interpersonal skills, initiative, self-motivated, pleasant personality. -Excellent in English Language.
