Job Description | DESCRIPTION: The HR/Admin Manager aims to manage and maintain a department that strives to ensure an attractive and creative work-place, efficient recruiting and a continuous staff development process. The HR/Admin Manager is focused on developing a team that can handle HR activities with high quality and ethics and that can pro-actively carry out policies that support the company strategy. The HR/Admin Manager is also focused on developing a team that addresses all house or office issues in an accurate and efficient manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, develop and implement strategies and goals for the HR/admin department, focused on continuous improvement and encouraging creativity and openness in the company/create and manage the department budget/manage HR/Admin team to efficiently and competently carry out their job descriptions/support company development (including recruitment and selection policy)/oversee employee development and issues (including compensation, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, leadership development, performance appraisal, quality management issues, terminations, safety, welfare, wellness and health)/oversee the organization of all admin/HR documents/ensure a welcoming and professional environment to all visitors/ensure all staff have a clean, safe, and proper working environment REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years’ experience in HR/Admin manager role/Experience in Training&Development field a plus/Self-motivated and goal-oriented; leads by example/Able to establish credibility with managers and employees/Able to identify and handle priorities/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality/Excellent English and communication skills/Solid knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law/Commitment to the company’s vision, mission and core values |
