HR Management

1. Develop and update relevant HR policies, guidelines and procedures to comply with Cambodia Labor Law
2. Listen to staff’s feedback regarding company operation, and convey HR management message to all staff
3. Resolve any misunderstanding and conflict between the company and employee(s)
4. Preparation for new staff contract, staff termination, record leave and employment book
5. Purchase and claim Insurance for staff
6. Provide training Internal Labor Rule and other HR policies to new staff
7. Coordinating with other departments to ensure the Training Need Assessment is conducted to staff
8. Make annual human resource planning and budgeting
9. Manage Stand Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR
10. Responsible for payroll processing and generate payslip on time
11. In charge of NSSF monthly declaration
12. Responsible for work permit and foreigner quota application
13. Ensure the staff movement declaration is done timely
14. Responsible for staff recruitment to ensure for effective turnaround time
15. Ensure required training are delivered to employees as per development plan if any
16. Responsible for preparing all reports required by top management and corporate HR related to HR part.
17. Ensure the employee information is properly maintained in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) System and in employee files
18. Ensure talent retention and succession planning is documented and up to date.

Administration

1. Temporarily responsible for Office Management
2. Liaison with Government Officers related to regulations
3. Sharing the internal information to all departments
4. Hotel booking, visa extension and flight booking
5. Ensure road tax of the company van and car are paid timely
6. Ensure insurance and technical inspection of the company vehicle is renewed timely
7. Ensure arrival arrangement of new staff is setup or prepared timely
8. Manage Stand Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Admin

Compliance

1. Responsible for compliance program
2. Coordinate compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends
3. Provide report on a regular basis, and as directed or requested to regional compliance team and General Manager
4. Monitor the performance of the Compliance Program and relate activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness
5. Provide training on the company’s Code of Conduct and other related policies to all staff
