Job Descriptions: – Recruitment and Training – Short-List, Screening and interviewing new staff – Work with financial team to prepare and check payrolls for the staffs – Staffs, manpower, and labor management and implementation – In relation to the Department of Labor – Attendance & Labor Management – Establishment and implementation of company policy – Human Resource management, personnel, and training curriculum planning – Deal with claims from staffs, workers, and solve problems related to labor issue. / Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or other related field – Able to work overtime until 6PM – Able to speak and write both Chinese and English well – At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in HR or management – Experience in factory would be more advantaged – Have knowledge related to Cambodia Labor Law – Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email) – Good management and leadership – Good communication and interpersonal skills – Hard-working, self-motivated and intelligent – Honest, reliable and able to work under pressure
