Job Responsibilities:
1. Supporting human resource management role and administration functions from induction of new hire through termination/cessation inclusive of counseling , guidance and policies compliance on employee relations industrial relations (disciplinary issues) including that of conduction inquiry.
2. Searching for the potential candidates source for recruitment and conduct the public presentation at schools, universities, high school and vocational training to attract the applicants.
3. Maintaining good relationship with Ministry of Labor, external Labour Organization (Camfeba) and all related local regulatory bodies for guidelines and compliance in accordance to the Cambodian labor laws.
4. Administering of the following task Human Resource process :
5. Ensuring implementation and adherence of grooming standards by all uniformed, non-uniformed employees and part time worker, and promoter.
6. Ensuring that Human Resources personnel provide the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to fellow employees.
7. Other duty will be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirement:

1. University Degree or a recognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
2. Related working experiences at least 1 year.
3. Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
4. Ability to perform under pressure.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
6. Good Health condition.
7. Able to work on weekend and holiday
