| Salary | 1495 - 1557 Exchange Rate: 1 USD = 160.51 JPY - 5-Day Workweek: Basic Salary ¥180,000 + Daily Overtime Pay (approximately ¥20,000) = ¥200,000 (≈ $1,246 USD) - Biweekly 2-Day Off Work Schedule: Basic Salary ¥180,000 + Daily Overtime Pay + Holiday Work Pay (¥20,000-¥30,000) = ¥220,000-¥230,000 (≈ $1,370.60 - $1,432.90 USD) - 1-Day Off per Week: Basic Salary ¥180,000 + Daily Overtime Pay + Holiday Work Pay (¥40,000-¥50,000) = ¥240,000-¥250,000 (≈ $1,495.20 - $1,557.50 USD) Probation Period: Yes (3 months) Salary Increase: Yes, based on job performance and company achievements Bonus: Yes, ¥150,000 in the first year (≈ $934.50 USD) if working the entire year, and thereafter based on job performance and company achievements Overtime: Yes Company Housing: Available Single Occupancy: ¥30,000 including utilities.
