Job Description	Main duties include seafood processing work, supporting Cambodian technical intern trainees, workplace communication, and interpretation when necessary. The candidate will work together with Japanese and Cambodian staff and is expected to develop into a key production staff member and future supervisor candidate.
Salary	1558 - 1620 Most employees choose to work on a 1-day-off-per-week schedule, resulting in a typical monthly gross income of approximately USD 1,558 - 1,620. Exchange Rate: 1 USD = 160.51 JPY - 5-Day Workweek: Basic Salary ¥190,000 + Daily Overtime Pay = ¥210,000-¥220,000 - Biweekly 2-Day Off Work Schedule: Basic Salary ¥190,000 + Daily Overtime Pay + Holiday Work Pay = ¥230,000-¥240,000 - 1-Day Off per Week: Basic Salary ¥190,000 + Daily Overtime Pay + Holiday Work Pay = ¥250,000-¥260,000 Probation Period: Yes (3 months) Salary Increase: Yes, based on job performance and company achievements Bonus: Yes, approximately ¥200,000 in the first year if working the entire year Overtime: Yes Company Housing: Available Single Occupancy: ¥30,000 including utilities. Private room with shared kitchen, bathroom and common facilities. Family Housing: ¥40,000 excluding utilities. 2LDK. Housing allowance available based on years of service. The commute from company housing to the workplace is within 10 minutes by bicycle. The town is compact and daily life is convenient without a car. More than 50 Cambodian workers are employed at the factory. One Cambodian employee introduced by CDL is currently working successfully with the company. Job Note: This is not an office-based interpreter position. The main duty is seafood processing work together with Japanese and Cambodian staff. Interpretation and communication support are required when necessary, but production work is the primary responsibility. The company hopes to develop the successful candidate into a key production staff member and future production supervisor. NOT an office interpreter job. 90% seafood processing work / 10% interpretation. Future production supervisor candidate. N2 preferred. Expected arrival in Japan: Late 2026 to Early 2027.
