Job Description:

* IT Management System
1. Maintain the company’s network of server, desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi routers, printers, etc.
2. Support After with Xentry configuration and updates.
3. Manage employee access to the Company’s IT Network, including telephone access.
4. Maintain company’s system server, firewall (Forti Gate), switch, phone system, access door, AP Unifi and client computer
5. Troubleshoot computer network included car system and daily support operation to end user
6. Able and knowledge and work with CCNA, Router, Switch
* Security & Audit: Ensure all users follow SACCL and LSH Group IT guidelines and Policies.

Job Requirement:
1. Colleague Diploma & Bachelor Degree, major in IT preferred
2. Excellent Khmer & English language skill
3. Have two-year experience as IT Officer or related (IT Management System and Security & Audit)
4. Knowledgeable regarding server configuration and maintenance
5. Basic knowledge of PC assembly and repair, serve maintenance
6. Acknowledge of telephone systems and wi-fi setup and configuration​
7. Good MS-Office skills

– Working Day: Monday to Friday and Saturday half
– Working time: Morning 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Afternoon 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
– Holidays: Holiday based on the calendar.
